  4. heel lifts....stand on your tippy toes for few minutes,,keep doing it ...
    for shoulder..u got a do weight lifting...there is no magic for big shoulders..plus eat alot of protein,,,less card more protein...
    if u start with 20 pounds bench press or shoulder press....increase into 22 next week,,so on and on..
    bench press
    sholder press/ military press
    push up
    pull up
    all good for your shoulder
